About the role
Lianheng Xiaomei Enterprise Management Consulting is recruiting qualified early childhood educators for full-time teaching assignments across several major Chinese metropolitan hubs, including Chengdu, Wuhan, and Shanghai.
Successful candidates will lead early learning classrooms for children between 2 and 6 years of age, running interactive English-medium lessons, guiding daily routines, and working within an international team of educators. Working hours follow a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
The employment package offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 RMB (inclusive of a housing subsidy), comprehensive health insurance, and complete work visa documentation support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Early Childhood Education or related education discipline preferred)
- Native English proficiency with passport from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Minimum of 2 years of homeroom or early childhood teaching experience
- TEFL, TESOL, PGCE, or national teaching certification preferred
- Completed documentation required for a valid Chinese work visa
