About the role
SparkEdu is inviting experienced K-12 teachers to join its Fall International Training Program in Nanjing, China. This short-term professional development program focuses on training local educators in inclusive and special education practices.
Selected teachers will deliver interactive workshops, demonstrate student-centered instruction, and mentor local K-12 English teachers. The program offers flexible commitments of two or three weeks during October and November 2026.
Nanjing blends historical heritage with modern conveniences, providing an accessible public transit system and a lower cost of living than other major Chinese cities. Local support staff will assist with daily logistics.
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- Valid teaching license
- At least two years of K-12 classroom teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and intercultural communication skills
Salary & benefits
CAD 1,450 per week, flights, accommodation, meals, and visa reimbursement.
