K–12 Teachers Wanted for Fall International Training Program
About the role
SparkEdu is looking for qualified K-12 educators to participate in a short-term professional development initiative in Nanjing, China. This program focuses on sharing modern, student-centered teaching methodologies and inclusive education practices with local teachers.
As a trainer, you will lead interactive workshops, demonstrate effective classroom management strategies, and mentor local English teachers. The program offers two sessions in late 2026, lasting between two and three weeks.
Nanjing is a historic and culturally rich city, offering a comfortable environment for international visitors. Local assistants will be on hand to help you adjust to daily life and navigate the city.
Requirements
- Certified K-12 teacher
- Classroom teaching experience in North America
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching materials for local contexts
Salary & benefits
CAD 1,450 per week, performance bonus, flights, housing, meals, and local transport.
