About the role
FAZN Academy is looking for native English educators to join their team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching teenage students between the ages of 12 and 18. The position offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a consistent schedule with guaranteed hours.
As an online instructor, your daily duties will include planning and delivering interactive lessons, tracking student progress, and tailoring your teaching methods to meet individual needs. Requirements
- Must be a native English speaker from the United States or the United Kingdom.
- Possession of a professional online teaching setup, including a reliable internet connection.
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable instructing students aged 12 to 18.
- Prior experience teaching teenagers, online instruction experience, or holding a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
Salary & benefits
USD 2,500–3,000 per month (or USD 25–30/hour) with guaranteed hours and flexible scheduling.
