About the role
An international kindergarten network is seeking enthusiastic educators to teach young learners aged 4 to 6 in major Chinese cities, including Beijing, Changsha, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. This full-time position involves delivering 3 to 4 daily English classes using structured curricula such as RAZ and Oxford Phonics. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, leaving your weekends entirely free to explore your host city.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, managing a classroom of approximately 15 students, and tracking student development. You will work alongside supportive colleagues to implement the curriculum and maintain a safe, positive learning environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in any field
- TEFL or TESOL certification
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Background in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience teaching in international kindergartens is a plus
Salary & benefits
RMB 22,000–30,000 per month, 14 days of paid summer/winter leave, and paid public holidays.
