An established English immersion preschool in Beijing is seeking a passionate Lead Homeroom Teacher to join their early childhood team. Operating on a HighScope-inspired curriculum, this role focuses on creating child-centered, inquiry-based learning environments where young children can thrive. You will work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional weekend events or training sessions, reporting directly to the Campus Principal.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing engaging lessons, hands-on activities, and educational field trips. You will collaborate closely with teaching assistants and daily care staff to ensure a supportive and safe environment. Your daily tasks will also include monitoring student development, managing classroom dynamics, and maintaining open communication with parents through newsletters and regular updates.
