ESL Teacher Positions – Shenzhen, China | ¥18K–25K + Housing
About the role
Succeed In Education (SIE) is recruiting ESL and subject teachers for positions in Shenzhen, China. Opportunities are available across multiple age groups, ranging from kindergarten (ages 3–6) up to high school (ages 16–18). Teachers will deliver interactive lessons using provided materials and participate in school activities.
Shenzhen is a dynamic, modern tech hub in southern China, offering a blend of green parks, world-class shopping, and a diverse culinary scene. It features an efficient public transit system and a more affordable lifestyle compared to other major Tier 1 Chinese cities.
Contracts begin between September and December 2026, or in February 2027. The school provides comprehensive onboarding, training, and continuous support to help teachers transition smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related subject.
- 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
- Between 1 and 3 years of teaching experience.
- Clean criminal background check and health clearance.
- Outgoing and independent personality is preferred.
Salary & benefits
¥18,000–25,000/month, housing allowance or free accommodation, flight reimbursement, social insurance, and Z visa sponsorship.
