Secondary Mathematics Teacher (IGCSE)
About the role
An international school in Phnom Penh is seeking a dedicated Secondary Mathematics Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum. The successful candidate will help students build mathematical confidence, critical thinking, and analytical skills while preparing them for Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE examinations.
Beyond classroom instruction, you will support students in preparing for prestigious local and international academic competitions, such as SASMO, SIMOC, and various Mathematics Olympiads. You will also collaborate with colleagues on school-wide initiatives and maintain strong communication with parents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a closely related field.
- Must currently be residing in Cambodia (in-country applicants only).
- Teaching qualification, certification, or license (preferred).
- Experience teaching Mathematics within an international or Cambridge curriculum framework (desirable).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
