About the role
CIA FIRST International School in Phnom Penh is looking for an enthusiastic educator to join the Design and Technology department. This dual role involves teaching middle and high school computer science while leading the school's K-12 Computer Science Program.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons based on the United States curriculum and guide students through the AP Computer Science Principles course. You will help students develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills through technology.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
- At least 4 years of secondary-level computer science teaching experience
- Deep understanding of US computer science curricula and AP CSP standards
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Prior experience coordinating or leading AP CSP courses is preferred
