Participants gain practical classroom experience through six hours of observation and six hours of supervised teaching practice, supported by four hours of feedback and mentoring. The program also delivers lesson planning workshops, cultural orientation from local staff, and employment sessions led by a placement coordinator.

Orientation features include private lodging for nine nights, a welcome dinner, and an evening cruise along the Tonle Sap River.
