About the role
Luxelakes Cloudland International Kindergarten in Chengdu is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to work with children aged 2 to 4. This role involves planning and delivering inquiry-based, developmentally appropriate lessons in a modern, eco-friendly campus environment.
Teachers will collaborate closely with co-teachers and teaching assistants to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. The position requires observing and documenting each child's development while adapting teaching methods to support diverse learning styles.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience with young children.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Eligibility to obtain a Chinese work permit.
- Experience with EYFS, IB PYP, or play-based learning is preferred.
- Professional teaching credentials (PGCE, QTS) or TEFL/TESOL certification is an asset.
