The Vice Principal will collaborate closely with the Principal to oversee strategic school improvement initiatives, including the execution of the School Development Plan and reporting progress to the Board. You will also take charge of the school's WASC accreditation efforts, ensuring all secondary and sixth form programs meet rigorous international benchmarks. Fostering a strong culture of academic excellence and purposeful learning is central to this leadership position.
Requirements
- Strong leadership capabilities suitable for an international school environment.
- Experience with strategic planning, school self-evaluation, and curriculum management.
- Familiarity with international school accreditation processes, particularly WASC.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with the Principal, Board, staff, and parents.
