About the role
Earl Montessori in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated Teacher Enablement Lead to guide and support educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education. In this role, you will focus on teacher training, classroom observations, and professional coaching to ensure Montessori methods are consistently implemented.
Your daily tasks will include onboarding new staff, offering constructive feedback on classroom management, and developing instructional resources. You will also assist with curriculum implementation and support training initiatives across expanding school branches.

Requirements
- Prior experience working in early childhood education (ages 0 to 6).

- Familiarity with Montessori principles is highly desirable.
