About the role
Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP) in Bangkok is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Social Studies Teacher to join its ISP Program. This full-time, fixed-term role focuses on teaching students in Grades 9 and 10, helping them explore global and local issues through historical and social lenses.
The curriculum covers a broad range of topics, including World History, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Model United Nations (MUN). Additionally, the teacher will have opportunities to lead Advanced Placement (AP) courses such as AP Psychology and AP Macroeconomics, preparing students for university-level academic challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Studies, History, Political Science, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of one year of full-time teaching experience.
- Native English speaker.
- Teaching license from Kurusapa (temporary or permanent) is preferred.
