About the role
HeadStart International School in Phuket is looking for a dedicated Shadow Teacher to provide Wave 3 Support. In this role, you will work one-on-one with a student who has Additional Educational Needs (AEN). Your primary focus will be to adapt the curriculum to match the student's unique capabilities, helping them achieve academic progress and build independence.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Learning Support to implement Individualised Education Plans. This full-time position involves modifying curriculum tasks in real-time, assisting the student during lessons, and encouraging positive social interactions with peers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Recognized teaching qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in Additional Educational Needs (AEN) or Wave 3 support is preferred.
