About the role
Bangkok Patana School is seeking an empathetic and skilled Social and Emotional Counsellor to join its secondary pastoral department in Bangna, Thailand. Serving students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, the counsellor will play a pivotal role in strengthening mental health, resilience, and student wellbeing.
The successful candidate will provide individualized interventions and lead targeted pastoral initiatives within a modern British international school campus. The position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively within a supportive, multicultural faculty community in dynamic Bangkok.
Requirements
- Postgraduate credential in Counselling or Psychotherapy
- Proven counselling background within high-performing secondary school environments
- Deep understanding of adolescent social and emotional development
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills for working with students, parents, and teachers
