About the role
RC International School in Bangkok is launching the Ruam Rudee Playgroup and is looking for a Playgroup Facilitator & Admissions Support professional. This hybrid role involves leading interactive playgroup sessions for infants and toddlers aged 6 months to 3 years, while also managing admissions inquiries and school tours.
This contract-based position offers a monthly salary of 20,000 THB with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate can start immediately or within a two-week timeframe.
Key duties include organizing weekly playgroup activities like storytelling and circle time, responding to parent inquiries across multiple digital channels, and building positive relationships with families to encourage future enrollment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in childcare, teaching, or early childhood education.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Thai (reading, writing, and typing).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable personality.
- Professional appearance and communication style.
- Proficiency in modern technology tools, including AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Certification in early childhood education or ability to play a musical instrument is a plus.
