About the role
Arkon International School, a prominent private educational institution in northern Tajikistan, is seeking qualified educators for Mathematics and General Science positions. The school is currently implementing the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) and is building an international faculty to support this transition.
Successful candidates will plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, assess student progress, and offer academic support during office hours. Teachers will also collaborate with the academic team on curriculum development and participate in school events and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the school level.
- English proficiency at a C1 level or higher.
- Readiness to relocate to Tajikistan by January 2027.
- Experience with Cambridge, IB, or other international curricula is an advantage.
- A teaching certificate or license is preferred.
Salary & benefits
