About the role
Bamboo Valley International School, situated in Cherngtalay, Phuket, is looking for an enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join its Early Years department. Our school features a spacious green campus and blends the UK National Curriculum with Waldorf-inspired learning and Forest School principles.
In this role, you will collaborate with other educators to teach phonics and build strong early literacy skills. You will design and implement lessons that incorporate nature-based learning, guide daily nursery activities, and communicate closely with families regarding student progress.
Requirements
- Native English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development, Education, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching license or professional qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Years, including phonics.
- Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum or EYFS is highly preferred.
- Genuine interest in alternative, nature-based education (Waldorf, Forest School, Montessori).
- Love for outdoor activities, warmth, and creative initiative.
