About the role
HEI Schools Udon Thani is looking for an experienced Kindergarten Lead Teacher to manage classrooms for children between the ages of 1.5 and 6. The position centers on delivering play-based, child-centered curricula in a collaborative and nurturing environment.
Educators are responsible for fostering children's cognitive, social, and emotional development through active observation and intentional learning spaces. Additional tasks include continuous parent communication, curriculum enhancement, and classroom organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in early childhood or kindergarten education

- Prior international school experience and phonics instruction knowledge preferred
