About the role
SDE is recruiting for multiple teaching positions in Shenzhen, China, starting immediately or in early 2027. Opportunities include kindergarten homeroom teacher roles in Nanshan and ESL positions in public schools across the city.
For the kindergarten homeroom role, teachers will manage classes of 15 to 20 young learners, working Monday through Friday. The public school roles involve teaching students aged 3 to 12 with a maximum of 20 teaching hours per week and weekends off.

Requirements
- Native English speaker holding a passport from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 120-hour TEFL certificate
- Clean criminal background check
- Prior kindergarten teaching experience is required for the homeroom positions
- Professional, positive attitude and cultural adaptability
Salary & benefits
Salary of 17,000 - 24,000 RMB/month, 5,000 RMB flight reimbursement, health insurance, and Z visa support.
