About the role
A school in Kiyose, Tokyo is seeking a dedicated English teacher to work with kindergarten and elementary school students. The role primarily focuses on children aged 3 to 6, with some classes extending to students up to 12 years old.
This is a full-time Keiyaku Shain (contract employee) position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will plan and lead interactive lessons, participate in school events, and help young learners build confidence in their English abilities.

Requirements
- Native-level English speaker
- Bachelor's degree (exempt for spousal or permanent resident visa holders)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching children in Japan
- Valid working, spousal, or permanent resident visa
- Current residency in the Tokyo or Saitama areas
- Conversational Japanese language skills
- Ability to sing in tune in front of an audience
- Ability to play piano or guitar (preferred)
- Japanese reading proficiency (preferred)
