HEI Schools Phuket, operating under the Kajonkiet School Group, is hiring an enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join its modern early learning campus in Kathu, Thailand. The school applies an internationally recognized Finnish early education framework developed with University of Helsinki research, blending play-based learning with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).

In this position, you will guide children through exploratory and collaborative learning experiences, designing classroom environments that spark curiosity. Key responsibilities include planning activities using HEI curriculum materials, observing student progress, and keeping individualized learning portfolios up to date.

The teacher will also oversee daily group routines, coordinate closely with the school leadership team, and conduct weekly team meetings with teaching colleagues to foster pedagogical quality across early childhood classrooms.
