About the role
An international kindergarten situated in Son Tra, Da Nang is seeking dedicated early years educators. The position focuses on providing immersive English instruction through play-based methodologies designed to engage young minds and support their holistic development.
Instructors will coordinate closely with local co-teachers and teaching assistants to ensure a secure, structured, and stimulating classroom setting. Daily duties include lesson planning, tracking and reporting developmental milestones, and communicating effectively with families.
Successful applicants will also take part in community campus events and collaborative professional development workshops throughout the academic year.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood, Primary, English, or Education from an accredited university in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, or a Nordic nation
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (or a formal teaching license)
- Native or near-native English command (minimum CEFR C1)
- Background working with early childhood or preschool-aged pupils
- Eligibility for a Vietnamese work permit, including a clear criminal background check and health screening
