About the role
Darunsikkhalai School for Innovative Learning (DSIL), an innovative non-profit school situated on the KMUTT campus in Bangkok, is looking for an enthusiastic educator to join its English department. This role involves teaching English Core and supporting Project-based learning for secondary students in grades seven through twelve. The school operates under the educational philosophy of Constructionism and maintains strong ties with MIT and Stanford University, offering a highly collaborative and progressive teaching environment.
The selected teacher will lead 7 hours of English Core instruction, provide 3 to 5 hours of Project support, and assist with extracurricular English activities such as tutoring, sports, or after-school clubs for 3 to 5 hours weekly. Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Must be under 60 years of age.
- Complete command of the English language (Native English Speaker or Non-Native with proof of proficiency).
- International experience and a compassionate, open-minded attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to alternative or progressive educational models (prior experience in progressive education is a strong plus).
