A growing international educational institution located in Wattana, Thailand, is seeking a visionary Head of Secondary & Whole School Academic Lead. This pivotal post involves establishing the secondary division from the ground up, shaping its academic philosophy, core staffing, systems, and curricula.

In the inaugural year, the primary objective will be building out secondary school operations, designing curriculum structures, recruiting founding staff, and setting school policies. As the secondary cohort expands, duties will pivot toward academic oversight, tracking learning outcomes, and maintaining high pastoral standards.

Reporting directly to the School Director while coordinating day-to-day academic direction with the Head of School, the postholder will also contribute broadly to whole-school educational strategy and curriculum continuity across all key stages.
