About the role
Sentia is looking for an energetic educator to instruct students in Global Skills and Well-being at their campus in Hanoi. The school aims to help young learners build emotional awareness, critical life competencies, and personal resilience to prepare them for an interconnected world.
This full-time position operates on a fixed-term contract spanning late January 2027 through the end of May 2027. Daily working hours are scheduled from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
The appointed instructor will guide learners through activities and lessons designed to promote positive personal development, character growth, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree alongside an accredited teaching qualification (PGCE or Education degree preferred)
- Recognized English language teaching credential (TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience instructing Global Skills or Well-being
- English proficiency at CEFR C1 or C2 level for non-native English speakers
- Proven ability to design engaging coursework centered on personal development
- Full-time commitment for the entire contract duration
Salary & benefits
Up to 52,000,000 VND monthly salary, work permit and TRC, complimentary breakfast and lunch, and paid leave.
