About the role
ISA is seeking experienced educators for the Global Competence Program (GCP) to teach junior and senior high school students across multiple cities in Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, Niigata, and more. This role involves delivering standard-aligned GCP classes to help students develop global awareness and communication skills.
As a GCP Teacher, you will be responsible for grading assignments, providing constructive feedback, keeping detailed lesson records, and collaborating with school management. The position offers a 40-hour work week with up to 18 teaching hours.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- At least 2 years of full-time, in-classroom teaching experience in Japanese schools
- Currently residing in Japan with a valid working visa
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conversational Japanese proficiency is preferred
Salary & benefits
