The Founding Senior Teacher of Humanities will establish History and Geography as core pillars of the secondary academic curriculum. Key responsibilities center on crafting and delivering an integrated Key Stage 3 Humanities syllabus aligned with the English National Curriculum. The role includes training students to critically examine primary and secondary sources, evaluate maps and data, and produce structured, evidence-backed arguments.
