About the role
Lighthouse Chalong Kindergarten in Phuket is seeking a dedicated female native English-speaking educator to join its early years teaching team. The position focuses on guiding early childhood learners in language acquisition and foundational developmental milestones.
The instructor will design imaginative, interactive lesson plans, create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development.
Working hours run Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM within a collaborative and well-resourced kindergarten setting.
Requirements
- Native English speaker with outstanding communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of teaching experience in a school environment
- Cheerful, caring disposition with strong classroom organization
- Familiarity with Montessori methodology is an advantage
Salary & benefits
Starting salary of 45,000 THB/month, 3 weeks paid annual leave, flex days, daily lunch, and school uniform.
