About the role
Coram Deo English Education is launching a brand-new kindergarten program in Seoul and is seeking passionate, experienced educators to help shape its curriculum. This program departs from traditional rote learning, focusing instead on play, hands-on projects, and genuine communication to meet the developmental needs of young learners.
Teachers will have creative ownership over their lessons, moving away from generic worksheets to design engaging, interactive activities. The school environment is highly supportive, offering clear communication and a collaborative atmosphere where teacher input is highly valued.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, which includes ample dedicated time for lesson preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators who want to teach in a values-based, student-centered environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience teaching 5 and 6-year-old children.
- Comfortable incorporating Bible stories and Christian values into lessons in an age-appropriate way.
- Passion for project-based, hands-on, and play-based learning methodologies.
