ESL Teacher – Johor Bahru, Malaysia | Winter Camp
About the role
SMIS is seeking enthusiastic ESL instructors for its Winter English Camp located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The short-term program runs for 3 to 4 weeks and welcomes both young learners and family groups.
Instructors will lead interactive English classes, develop lesson plans, and support students in developing spoken fluency. In addition to classroom teaching, instructors participate directly in camp activities alongside participants.
Situated immediately adjacent to Singapore, Johor Bahru presents an affordable, culturally rich setting with convenient access to regional attractions and vibrant city life.
Requirements
- Strong passion for teaching and working with students
- Fluency in English
- TEFL or TESOL certification preferred
- Previous experience instructing juniors or family groups preferred
