About the role
Joy Atl English is looking for an energetic ESL Teacher to teach young learners aged 7 to 14 in Changhua, Taiwan. This position offers a great opportunity to help children develop their English communication skills in a supportive and interactive environment.
Teachers will benefit from a guaranteed schedule of 85 hours per month, with competitive hourly rates. Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, tracking student progress, and communicating with parents and school staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Changhua is a historic yet modern city famous for its beautiful parks and the Great Buddha Statue. It offers a very affordable cost of living and convenient public transit, making it a comfortable and exciting place to live and work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
- TESOL/TEFL certification (required if you do not hold a college diploma).
- Clean criminal background check.
- Passport from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
- Experience teaching young learners is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern ESL teaching methodologies is preferred.
Salary & benefits
