About the role
SPARK Education is seeking a full-time Elementary Teacher and R&D Member to join its team in the Seocho district of Seoul. This unique role combines classroom instruction for advanced elementary and middle school students with curriculum development tasks, such as designing workbooks and worksheets.
The working hours are Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. You will work alongside a collaborative team to enhance educational materials, substitute for colleagues when necessary, and provide a supportive learning environment for young learners.
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Ability to provide all required teaching clearance documents in South Korea
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in South Korea
- Currently residing in South Korea
- Proven experience in workbook and worksheet design
- Strong reading, writing, and editing skills
- Comfortable teaching advanced young learners
- Residing in Seoul is preferred
Salary & benefits
Monthly salary of ₩3.0M–3.2M, furnished housing, national health insurance, pension, and severance pay.
