About the role
Milestone Institute is seeking dedicated English educators to join its Daechi Main Campus in Seoul. Established over two decades ago, the academy is highly regarded for its discussion-based reading and writing curriculum, which is designed to develop critical thinking skills in elementary school students.
You will teach small groups of up to six students in Grades 1 through 6, utilizing a fully developed curriculum based on American textbooks. The schedule runs from afternoon to evening, with dedicated preparation time built into your working hours before classes begin.
This role provides a highly supportive and professional environment, ideal for teachers who want to focus on quality instruction and meaningful student interaction without the burden of large class sizes.
Requirements
- Native English speaker or Overseas Korean (Gyopo).
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- Eligible for an E-2 visa or holder of an F-series visa.
- Prior teaching experience and familiarity with American curricula are preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching young learners.
