Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- UK-recognized teaching qualification (such as PGCE with QTS).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Early Childhood or Key Stage 1 (KS1).
- Minimum of 5 years of overall classroom teaching experience.
- Native English proficiency (with at least 4 years of full-time English-medium education).
- Strong knowledge of the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC).
- Experience planning structured inquiry-based activities and sequential phonics programs.
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction based on age and ability.
