About the role
HeadStart International School is seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of Sport to lead athletic and sporting programmes across both of its Phuket campuses (Chaofah and Cherngtalay). This cross-campus leadership role begins in August 2027.
The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of all physical education and sports initiatives, ensuring high-quality athletic opportunities for students aged 3 to 18. HeadStart is a fully accredited, rapidly expanding British curriculum school recognized for its outstanding features and community-centric approach.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position offering the chance to shape the athletic culture of a premier educational institution in Southern Thailand.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing sports or physical education programmes
- Deep understanding of the English National Curriculum and athletic development
- Strong organizational and cross-campus coordination skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and coaching staff alike
- Relevant professional qualifications in sports management, physical education, or education
