About the role
Anglo Singapore International School is searching for an A Level Computer Science Teacher to join its secondary faculty at the Sukhumvit 64 campus in Bangkok. The post involves delivering Cambridge International AS & A Level Computer Science (9618), fostering advanced technical skills, problem-solving, and computational logic.
In this role, you will guide upper-secondary learners through core programming concepts, data structures, algorithm design, database architecture, and computer systems. Practical laboratory sessions and exam preparation will be vital parts of your regular teaching routine.
The teacher will also help learners bridge the transition from IGCSE into advanced study and explore modern developments in computing, including networking and artificial intelligence. The position commences in January 2027.
Requirements
- Substantial subject knowledge in Cambridge International AS & A Level Computer Science (9618)
- Ability to instruct both theoretical and practical components of the syllabus
- Competence teaching algorithms, programming paradigms, databases, and network fundamentals
- Experience preparing senior students for external practical coding and written assessments
- Excellent communication and student assessment skills
