Computer Science Teacher (A Level)
About the role
Anglo Singapore International School is seeking a qualified Computer Science Teacher to join its secondary school faculty at the Sukhumvit 64 campus in Bangkok. This full-time position is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
The successful educator will be responsible for delivering the Cambridge International AS & A Level Computer Science (9618) curriculum. You will guide students through both theoretical concepts and practical applications, covering topics such as algorithms, programming, databases, and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.
Additionally, the role involves preparing students for external examinations, contributing to curriculum development from IGCSE to A Level, and supporting extracurricular activities including robotics, coding, and STEM clubs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Computer Science, ideally at the A Level.
- Deep understanding of the Cambridge International AS & A Level syllabus and exam preparation.
- Strong proficiency in programming, algorithms, data structures, and computational theory.
- Professional teaching qualification (such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
